Kristiana saved my big day!! She came on within two weeks to the event and did a Wonder Woman level job! She intuitively handles things so you never have to, she’s there for the good the bad and the minor meltdowns. She made all the difference in my big day! We never wondered where she was, she was always looking for more to do and fixing seating arrangements with very little to go on, and I still had to all but force her to sit down and eat. Kristiana was truly the best to work with through our wedding. She stepped right in on the day of and made the entire day run like it was all meant to be. Kristiana was our glue holding the entire night together. She understood my vision and executed it with care, as though it were her own. Her caring and thorough approach took the stress off everything for us, we just knew it was handled. She is truly the best! I can’t recommend her enough!
I instantly liked Kristiana upon meeting her as my day of coordinator and she assisted me throughout the planning process of my wedding. I could email/text her and know I would get a response that day to any type of question I had. I was a very involved bride and her clear communication made us a great team in the almost year leading up to our big day. This paid off on our wedding day, Kristiana pulled all of my vision together and it was a beyond beautiful day for my husband and I. My guests and bridal party gave many words of praise to Kristiana and her team. She even took care of an issue with a guest without anyone being aware of the problem until it was no longer an issue! Kristiana Daly was an integral contributor in every facet of coordinating our recent wedding on August 13, 2022. Kristiana came into our employ approximately one year before the wedding, upon our first meeting with her it was immediately apparent that we would be hiring Kristiana for the precious task of coordinating our wedding which included multiple locations and moving parts. Our wedding vision was complex and she came into that first meeting expressing realistic expectations and wonderful ideas, but more importantly, she took the time to get to know us as a couple and helped us begin to visualize what we wanted our wedding day to feel like.
Kristiana was a consummate professional; she not only handled our florals, linens, table settings, guest lists, and venue contracts, she also kept us on task with our deadlines for the smallest of tasks that were necessary for the wedding to go off without a hitch. Her time management skills were exemplary, she was always available and accessible to us with our many questions and requests. Kristiana was able to take care of details we were not interested in, and was able to give extremely practical input into decisions we were dwelling over as we were a very hands-on couple during the planning. She was gracious in her dealings with all other wedding vendors, and was transparent in all communications. She managed to create an elegant event that truly represented us.
While we imagine that all wedding and event coordinators can create low stress and aesthetically pleasing events, what set Kristiana apart and made us appreciate her as much more than just our wedding coordinator was her personal and social efforts to work with us as a couple rather than just a "client." She not only asked constructive questions, she actively listened to our answers and thoughts and incorporated them into her suggestions and decisions. Without exaggeration, we owe our wedding day success to Kristiana. It was literally everything we had hoped for and more. If there were any challenges on the day of, we never knew about them because she was there every step of the way to take care of them.

As a former bride, choosing a coordinator can be hard and you want to choose the right one to help with the importance of your wedding day and I found that in Kristiana. Kristiana helped save our wedding after dealing with a disaster of a previous coordinator we had. She was able to accomplish and hear me out with concerns and tasks that I needed done in such a short amount of time compared to what my previous coordinator did in months! She is down to earth, has great communication and quick to turn around any issue you may come across, but mostly she listens and hears your wants and needs as a bride. I had trouble connecting to my beauty team to schedule trials and finalize getting ready times for the day of the wedding, I told Kristiana about this and she immediately began to contact the team and got my requests done so quickly! She was an absolute pleasure to have on our wedding day. She managed the large 200 plus guests wedding we had and everything running smoothly on our big day. But most impressive was how she was able to coordinate all workers and our rowdy groomsmen to ensure our day was on schedule and had no issues!
